Endemol Shine Group Appoints Marina Williams as COO of International Operations

Global independent content creator, producer and distributor Endemol Shine Group today announced that Marina Williams, formerly CEO of Central and Eastern Europe and MENA regions, has been promoted to COO of International Operations.
In her new role Marina will oversee Endemol Shine Group’s operations across Central and Eastern Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa.
She will work closely with the leaders of the Group’s local companies in each market, which include Endemol Shine Africa, Endemol Shine India, Endemol Shine Middle East, Endemol Shine Poland, Endemol Shine Turkey and the group’s partner company, Weit Media in Russia.
Marina also leads the regional sales and licensing team that serves the territories under her remit.
Marina reports to Martha Brass, Endemol Shine Group’s CEO of International Operations.

Marina joined the company in 2008 as Endemol’s CEO of Central and Eastern European Operations, adding the MENA region to her remit in 2013.
Prior to joining Endemol, Marina was Executive Vice President and a member of the Management Board of Central European Media Enterprises (CME). Before joining CME Marina held senior positions setting up and overseeing businesses in Central and Eastern Europe for Fox International Channels, Fox Kids and Turner International Channels.
