Henrietta Conrad is Chief Executive of Princess & Shine TV and Joint Chairman of Shine UK.

Henrietta’s first job in TV was working with David Dimbleby as a researcher at the BBC. Following on from this, she then produced The Last Resort with Jonathan Ross and The Big Breakfast. Henrietta founded Princess Productions in 1997 and the company has since gone from strength to strength, creating and broadcasting over 100 formats across many genres. These successes include: Got To Dance, The Wright Stuff, T4 and Something For The Weekend.
