Bouchra Rejani

Chief Operating Officer

Bouchra Rejani is Chief Operating Officer for Shine France.

Bouchra joined Shine France in July 2010 working alongside CEO Thierry Lachkar.

Bouchra is responsible for commercial operations, including broadcaster negotiations, acquisitions, communication, strategic alliances, new business development and strategy, finance, personnel, business affairs and in charge of the development of ancillary and digital activities at Shine France 360°.

Prior to this, Bouchra was Chief Operating Officer at Fremantle Media France and additionally appointed in 2007 Chairman of TV Presse Productions, the news agency, subsidiary of FremantleMedia France.

She has spent over a decade working in the media industry after a first experience in finance at KPMG audit firm after she graduated from Business School.

She made then her first move into TV business in 1999 when she joined Fox Kids Europe in London ( Newscorp), turned into Jetix, the current children’s television programming brand owned now by The Walt Disney Company.

There she became the Project Manager for the company’s European Management in London across markets including the U.K , Germany, Holland, Spain and France. Three years later, Bouchra was appointed at Jetix France (the children’s television channel, formerly Fox Kids France) first as Company Secretary before being promoted as Deputy Managing Director in charge of finance, personnel, Legal and Business Affairs and commercial negotiations.
