Lovely Day

Lovely Day is a drama production company founded in May 2010 by Diederick Santer with Kudos.

Working with UK and international broadcasters, and with the finest established and up-and-coming British TV talent, Lovely Day aims to become a trusted maker of distinctive, loved and popular TV drama entertainment.

Diederick joined forces with Kudos after leaving the BBC where he developed and produced the first three series of Debbie Horsfield’s hit hairdressing drama, Cutting It, and from October 2006 until March 2010 he was Executive Producer of EastEnders, delivering a total of 736 episodes.

Lovely Day has projects in development with BBC and ITV and have produced two comedies for Sky One; The Daltons starring Sheridan Smith as part of Sky’s series of Little Crackers and Kitten Chic which featured as part of the Love Matters season.
