Pål Kruke Kristiansen is CEO of Rubicon TV in Norway

Pål was named as CEO in August 2013, after joining the company in January that year as Chief Commerical Officer.

With many years experience within the Norwegian television industry, Pål Kruke Kristiansen was previously at Monster, part of NICE, where he was Head of Development with an overall responsibility for many of the company’s international successes as “Babes on the Bus” and “The Ultimate Entertainer”. He also brought international formats such as “Who Do You Think You Are?” and “Comedians at Work”, to Norway.

Before he ended up working with development and landed strategical positions and hence was part of the Management team at Monster, Pål Kruke Kristiansen worked on many norwegian productions in positions ranging from researcher, scriptwriter to producer.
