Lucinda Hicks is Chief Operating Officer of Dragonfly Film & Television

Lucinda Hicks took up her role as COO for Dragonfly Film and Television in March 2013.

She previously headed up business development for the Shine Group, helping identify and advise new acquisitions, start-ups and talent partnerships for the Group globally, as well as supporting the individual production companies, including the Metronome Group in the Nordics.

Prior to joining the Shine Group she held a series of strategy and business development positions at the BBC, FremantleMedia and Channel 4.

Lucinda manages the day to day operations of the business with Simon Dickson, and oversees all Dragonfly’s Commercial, Financial, Business and Legal Affairs, Business Development and Rights Exploitation.
