Managing Director, Shine North

Alex Connock is Managing Director of Shine North.

Alex originally joined Shine Group in April 2012 in the broader role of Director of New Business, Shine UK before becoming Managing Director of Shine North, having driven a number of commissions within the Manchester-based production company.

Originally established in 2006, and to date responsible for 14 series from the region, Shine North moved into MediaCityUK, Salford in 2012 with an enhanced production team.

Alex is currently Chairman of RTS, North West, serves as a visiting fellow at Oxford University Reuters Institute and Manchester Business School, and as a director of the Digital Innovation project at Manchester Metropolitan University. He previously was a co-founder and CEO of Ten Alps.
