Tom Fussell

Group Finance Director

Tom Fussell is Group Finance Director.

Tom joined Shine Group as Group Finance Director in 2013 with experience of both international television production and working within a global creative group.

His TV experience comes from over a decade within the BBC where he both worked at the centre and led the finance function for Factual programme-making divisions.

Immediately before joining Shine Group, Tom was at HarperCollins for three years as Group Commercial Director, supporting their international group businesses with particular responsibility for FP&A, title acquisitions & print process. Prior to this he was at Random House working with a range of both start up and mature publishing companies in the UK on their financial strategies.

Tom is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales having trained with KPMG’s Media and Entertainment practice in London.
