Description

We are always on the lookout for bright and friendly OFFICE RUNNERS for holiday cover at Shine Group offices in Primrose Hill - the home of the Marketing team, Shine Network, Shine International (sales & distribution), Shine 360 (merchandise) among others. 

Working in a busy office, your duties will include keeping the offices tidy, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and transferring calls, booking and arranging bikes and taxis, booking meeting rooms, preparing refreshments for meetings, ordering stationery and office supplies, going on external runs, dealing with the post and general administration.

You will have good communication skills, be organised and able to work under pressure and have the ability to work both as part of a team or independently using your own initiative.  The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in the business side of TV or TV production. This is an entry level role.

Hours are 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday
