Shine believes that each employee should constantly learn and develop, we want you to be the best that you can be. To bring out the potential in our employees, each employee has an annual performance review, where managers sit down with the employee and talk in depth about how the last year has been, and how the employee can progress and develop their career within Shine in the following year.

Many of our staff have progressed their careers from an entry level position and have worked their way upwards, some have taken sideway moves into different areas of the business and others have undertaken specific training while at Shine, to help them to grow and develop their knowledge and skills.
