We run a mentoring scheme which involves pairing up our Runners from across the business, with a more senior member of staff. The scheme aims to provide a supportive environment for Runners to explore their interests and ambitions, to gain insights, guidance and career support from their mentor and other more experienced colleagues.

The scheme offers a valuable opportunity for the Runners to connect with individuals not usually in their immediate network. The scheme has proved very rewarding for not only the Runners involved, but also the mentors who can make a genuine difference in someone else’s life, see them grow and develop in their careers and play a part in developing the up and coming TV talent at Shine.
