Creative Access - Indie Diversity Scheme
The Creative Access Scheme was created by Michael Foster in September 2012, to provide opportunities for paid internships in the creative sector for young people from ethnic minority backgrounds. Shine are delighted to be taking part in this great scheme along with some of the other major production companies.
In 2013, Shine took on two interns who rotated across the various production companies within Shine Group for six months. Following their six month internship, both interns went on to secure roles within the Group. This year, we have taken on another Intern who is currently spending time rotating across various divisions within the Group, including Shine Network, Marketing, Shine International and Shine TV.
