Our Creative Leadership Programme (CLP) is a programme designed by Shine along with the best external leaders in their fields. There are three modules within each programme, with each being held in a different location. Previous locations have included Paris, London, Stockholm, New York and LA. The CLP gives senior employees the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and enable them to continue making Shine a great place to be. The programme has proved to be a huge success for all the participants so far, who have learned an incredible amount and had the opportunities to work with inspiring individuals.
