Description

We are currently looking for bright and friendly OFFICE RUNNERs for holiday cover and when extra help is needed.

Shine Group offices at Primrose Hill is the home to some of our Senior Executive team plus departments such as Marketing, Shine Network, Shine International (sales & distribution), Shine 360 (merchandise).

Working in a busy office, your duties will include keeping the offices tidy, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and transferring calls, booking and arranging bikes and taxis, booking meeting rooms, preparing refreshments for meetings, ordering stationery and office supplies, going on external runs, dealing with the post and general administration.

You will have good communication skills, be organised and able to work under pressure and have the ability to work both as part of a team or independently using your own initiative.  Please note, production companies are not based at Primrose Studios.
