Confidence Lab followed the extraordinary journeys of 12 brave men and women suffering a crisis of confidence in differing areas of their lives. Leading motivators and therapists lead by Ros Taylor, Dr Sandra Scott and Roy Leighton taught them the confidence skills to turn their lives around - or not, as the case may be. The accompanying book Confidence in Just Seven Days reached number 2 in the Amazon.com chart for the duration of the series. The tie-in website, containing information on the production and links to online courses, was also a phenomenal success, receiving over 60,000 hits per week. The Express called it “Changing Rooms for the soul”, while the Mail on Sunday hailed its capacity to engage emotionally whilst educating viewers, calling it “A fascinating series…to watch the positive effects on these first guinea pigs is actually quite moving.”
