ShineReveille International is the sales and distribution arm of the Shine Group, a leading independent production and distribution company focused on exploiting worldwide intellectual property rights through scripted and non-scripted television formats. ShineReveille International distributes programming from the growing library of the Shine Group, including Reveille, Kudos, Dragonfly and Princess Productions, and a broad array of programming acquired from independent producers and U.S. networks, to more than 150 countries worldwide. At a time when pre-branded content is at a high premium, ShineReveille International is a leader in handling global rights to television formats, including Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? (the most successful TV format ever sold), The Biggest Loser (airing in 30 countries), The Moment of Truth, American Gladiators, The Family, MasterChef, and many others. ShineReveille International announced its first international distribution pact for a scripted network series in spring 2008, acquiring international distribution rights for Shaftesbury's new drama series The Listener, scheduled to air on NBC and CTV. Since then the company has also partnered with leading independent film, television and digital studio Media Rights Capital (MRC) to form a joint venture international distribution of their television content, including The Goode Family on ABC, The Life and Times of Tim on HBO, and Surviving Suburbia on ABC. ShineReveille has an overall deal with Merv Griffin Entertainment to sell all of the company's programming overseas, as well as representing shows from an array of third party producers including LightHearted Entertainment, Love Productions and Magic Elves Productions. ShineReveille International has an agreement with MySpace to exclusively distribute content and original online series from the social networking site on the TV, DVD and merchandising ends.
